Jeff Hurt is a lifelong student of the art of composition. His approach to the craft, while being highly creative on one hand, is also rudimentarily mechanical on the other.

He is the editor of a weekly newspaper covering a variety of news, has published fiction in publications such as Heater Magazine and Every Day Fiction, and writes a monthly humor column called:

This World of Hurt.

He creates digital and print advertising, press releases, web content, and technical writing to suit the needs of business owners and is now branching into writing scripts for television and film.

His passion for writing is tempered with a level of logical detachment, allowing him to gather outside-the-box concepts, and structure them into a tight, marketable package to suit the target audience.

"It didn't take me half my life to learn how to write. It took me half a lifetime to have something to say."

He began his professional career in music and radio in the mid 90s and continues to offer voice services for a number of clients.

Jeff started writing professionally later in life, and as a result of his eclectic background, he brings a unique perspective to the industry.

Jeff is also available to write scripts for educational and training videos, radio and television advertising, as well as marketing and promotional videos for the business industry.
